We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $4.95. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Absolutely. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your order.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact our team and we'll arrange a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Starting a return is easy. Email us at hello@babysessions.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Of course! If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, just let us know when you contact us about your return. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your original item, or immediately if the exchange is for the same value.

Safety is our highest priority. All Baby Sessions products meet or exceed US (CPSC) and international safety standards for baby products. We work only with certified manufacturers and every item undergoes rigorous quality testing before it reaches our shelves. You can shop with complete confidence.

We prioritize natural, non-toxic materials across our entire range. Our textiles are typically made from organic cotton, bamboo, and linen. All dyes are OEKO-TEX certified and free from harmful chemicals. Wooden products use sustainably sourced, untreated hardwoods with food-safe finishes.

Care instructions vary by product and are included with every order. As a general guide:

  • Textiles: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low
  • Wooden items: Wipe clean with a damp cloth, avoid submerging in water
  • Accessories: Spot clean as needed

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Once an order is in transit, we'll need to process it as a return instead.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes! We offer premium gift wrapping for a small additional fee. During checkout, simply select the gift wrapping option and add a personalized message. Your gift will arrive beautifully wrapped in our signature packaging, ready to give.
